Linen - Hemp-cotton cloth diapers with ladybirds in green print
Linen is national, natural and traditional Lithianian cloth. Traditional Lithuanian folk clothing is made primarily of woven linen cloth as was all European cloth used in summer before synthetic fibers. Now we decided to try it on diapers as well, Linen "Linas" have similar antibacterial characteristics as for example hemp cloth.
They are made of Inside 55% hemp and 45% environmentally-friendly cotton. Outside made of 55% Linen 45% cotton.Cloth diaper sewn from this fabric are especially good, as no pesticides or chemicals are used while growing the hemp. Hemp also has antibacterial characteristics, is resistant to fungus, and perfectly absorbs moisture.
Wash only under 60 degrees, can be tumbled, but it can shrink a little and stiffen.
Linen hemp cotton diapers repels moisture as hemp cotton diapers, so you can use wool covers or woolen inserts to increase absorption.
