Shipments and returns
We can offer two kinds of shipping services:
- Registered priority postal services. 1-2 weeks delivery time to Europe. 2-4 weeks delivery time to everywhere else. This service is cheaper, but takes longer to deliver. Sometimes tracking number will not show exact information. It is better to choose this services if your order is not big. If order will be more that 2kgs, prices for shipping will double.
- UPS shipping services. Few days to Europe. Up to one week delivery time to everywhere else. More expensive, but fastest way to send items. Full tracking information and very reliable service. Shipping costs can be even cheaper that postal service if your order is bigger.
- Responsiblemother.com are not responsible if you provide wrong shipping address, please check it carefully before making order. We will send the order to the address you provide. If we will get the package back to us we will reply to you back with a photo, but shipping charges will not be refunded. We can't check your shipping address for you, sorry :) . Also we are not liable for any fees arising from Customs, Duties and Taxes that you incur with your order. When you get your shipment please be very coutious when you open the package, do not use very sharp things to not harm your products.
- Responsiblemother.com responsible to prepare and send your order and answer to you questions as soon as possible.
- Return products back to us if you don't like it or they does not fit yours baby, but shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will descuss about the returns. Please ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Also please don't use them (do not lanolize or wash them many times) if you plan to return it. It would be the best way if you can try products before using them.
- Cancelations. If you want to make cancelation of your order before we sent it. We can do a refund, but except paypal fees. For example paypal takes 3,4% + 0.35Eur fee per transaction.
- Warranty. Please keep in mind that diapers and other accessories are personally used items and unless manufacturer's defect is found and agreed by Responsiblemother, no return wil be accepted as per Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority. Washed, used, custom-made and clearance items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please be advised that all cloth diapers and accessories wear out over time. Note that natural fading can be expected in fabrics that have gone through the dying and printing process. To leghten the use of your diaper and prevent abnormal fading please be very cautious and follow the recommend care instructions.
To make a warranty complaint us with the following information: Product type/size, Descritpion of issue, Image/Picture of the problem.
We reserve the right to request the product be shipped back to us for complaint examination at customer''s expense, because in some cases image or picture just not enough.
Please let us prepare order for you up to 3 working days. Sometimes items is made to order.
